Hi, welcome to my review on Fat Loss 4 Idiots. In this video, I would be buying this eBook and then give you a preview of it. Fat Loss 4 Idiots is basically a diet plan that tells you to eat the right foods at the right intervals each day. It is based on calorie shifting where you change your calories intake every day, and thus confuses your body into burning off more calories.

At the start of the Fat Loss 4 Idiots handbook, you are presented with 2 weight loss programs and you choose which you want to follow (Page 3). One is the Diet Generator which is for people who wants to lose weight quickly. The other is a more casual approach, in which you follow 10 weight loss rules and not a fixed diet.
In this review, I will give you a sneak peak of a few of the 10 rules. First, let me share with you the first rule (Page 4) which is to manipulate the type of your calories intake. The handbook then lists out some foods that belong to different calories types. The next rule to share with you is rule 2 (Page 5). Rule 2 asks you to eat 4 meals a day and tell you the reason behind it. Another rule I would like to show you is rule 4 (Page 8) which tells you to rotate the foods. It tells you which type of foods to eat for 9 days and then ask you to repeat the cycle. The last rule that I am sharing with you would be rule 7 (Page 12) that tells you what type of beverages you should drink to maximize your weight loss.
The rest of the handbook provides you with information on other aspects of weight loss and how to maintain your weight after you achieve your goal. Now, let me give you a peak at what topics are discussed. It tells you why following a low carb diet does not help lose weight and its possible side effects (Page 21). Another piece of useful information is it tells you 5 things to do when eating at a restaurant so that you do not gain weight (Page 23). Similarly, it shares with you 4 rules to follow when eating fast food so that you do not gain weight (Page 24). What are the things to buy at grocery stores are also listed so that you will be able to buy foods that can help you lose weight (Page 25). It even tells you the top 10 foods you have to avoid (Page 31) so you would know which the most harmful foods are.
As for the Diet Generator, it is an online meal generator. First, you are asked to choose your favorite foods out of 46 choices. Then you click the submit button, and the system generates a diet plan for you based on your choices. Now, you just print it out and follow the diet plan.
